Avril
Avril came to discover Reiki, as a client of Aimee’s at Earth Angels, 20 years ago. Having come full circle, she is now a part of the team as a second degree Reiki practitioner and as a yoga instructor in the Ancient Tradition of Sage Patanjali.
As a yoga teacher and a Reiki practitioner Avril combines techniques from both methods in her popular Crystal Yoga classes wherein yoga poses (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) work in combination with a specific chakra to impart a unique and personalized experience. Avril is currently accepting clients for Reiki, Crystal Yoga, Chair Yoga and a Beginner’s Flow. If you’ve been unsure about starting a yoga course, Avril is there with a gentle, informative approach to meet you where you’re at.
Avril holds memberships with both Yogamu and the Energy Medicine Professionals Association.
